Announcements : Checking the Status of Your Terra Dotta Request

ISS is currently serving the 7000+ international students with phone appointments, responding to complex email questions, and processing immigration-related requests.
 
We understand that you may have questions about the status of your application. To help us save time and process your application more quickly please take the following steps:

• Check the status of your request in Terra Dotta. If you click status, you can see if the application is being Submitted – Under Review by an Advisor; SEVIS-Processed; or Request Approved. If it is SEVIS-Processed or Request Approved, know that the advisor has finished the application and you should be receiving your document soon.
• Do not send emails or make appointments to check the status of your application. When you take time to check the status of the application, advisors are unable to answer the 100s of emails and cases that come to our office each day.
