If you are mailing your I-765 and accompanying documents for OPT, OPT STEM Extension, or Severe Economic Hardship, you must mail your application to packet to Chicago, Illinois. The direct filing address is on the USCIS website. 

ISS did not receive a broadcast message from USCIS to notify us of the change and effective date. We therefore assume the change is effective immediately.
