CONTINUING STUDENTS: If you are checking in on an application, we have a maximum processing time of 15 business days (3 weeks).
NEW STUDENTS: the maximum processing time for New F-1 Student requests is 20 business days (4 weeks).
**We cannot expedite requests, we appreciate your patience.
 
Please send an information request to your assigned ISS advisor only. This will help prevent duplicate efforts and keep communication streamlined. If you are writing me an information request, please include the following information in your message:

• Your preferred name;
• WiscID number;
• Complete details about your question/concern.

If you would like to make an appointment with me as your ISS assigned advisor, you can schedule on QLess. Please include the following information in your appointment:

• Your preferred name;
• WiscID number;
• Details about your questions or concerns. The more details you provide, the better your advisor can prepare for your appointment. 

If I am not available, you can come to ISS Drop-In Hours, available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. You may come in-person or call into virtual advising and you will speak with an available ISS advisor.
